What are you going to do?
As a designer for KLM, you'll be at the forefront of creating cutting-edge digital designs that facilitate conversations with our visitors and users. Working closely with the product teams, you'll identify and solve problems, create new functionalities, and improve current interactions to ensure a consistent user experience. You'll have the opportunity to design for the KLM and Air France brands and explore a range of design forms, including Interaction, Information Architecture, Visual, and Service Design.
This is not a boring desk job. You'll be constantly challenged to think outside the box and come up with innovative design solutions that stand out from the crowd. You'll have the chance to prototype, concept, art direct, and illustrate, all while conducting quantitative and qualitative user research to validate your designs.

Whether it concerns conflict zones or supporting crisis management in emergencies; IT has become an integral part of our daily operations.
You have a demonstrated passion for design, user research and innovation. You have a good understanding of digital ecosystems and know your way around agile. Therefore, you’re confident in working with agile teams that are running at full speed.
