Connecting your world
As Junior Data Scientist you will help build the next generation of AI agents. You will work closely with senior colleagues to develop agent tools, improve retrieval pipelines, test agent behaviour and learn how to bring AI solutions from sandbox experiments into production level MVPs.How exactly you accomplish this? That’s up to you. We trust in the way you take a positive approach to things. You put your talents to work at:
- build and test components of agentic AI solutions, such as prompt templates, retrieval steps, tool integrations and simple agent workflows.
- write Python functions and API wrappers that allow agents to retrieve information or take controlled actions in other systems.
- contribute to experiments, prototypes and proof-of-concepts for new AI use cases.
- support evaluation by creating test cases, running experiments, reviewing outputs and helping identify failure modes such as hallucinations, missing context or incorrect tool use.
- work with data scientists, engineers and domain experts to understand business processes and convert them into practical AI workflows.
- continuously learn & implement modern AI engineering practices, including LLMs, RAG, agent frameworks, cloud platforms and responsible AI principles.

- basic understanding of APIs, data structures, version control and cloud or container concepts.
- Curiosity about LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG and agentic AI; hands-on experimentation is a strong plus.
- analytical thinking and the ability to break complex problems into smaller, testable steps.
- clear communication skills and enthusiasm for working in a multidisciplinary team.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience.
