Welcome to the Regional Jet Center
The Regional Jet Center (RJC) provides maintenance services for aircraft up to 150 passengers, specializing in the maintenance of Embraer aircraft. We are part of the AF/KL group, where we are responsible for performing Line Maintenance on KLM City hopper at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and other regional airlines.
Team Duty Maintenance Supervisor (DMS)
The Duty Maintenance Supervisor (DMS) falls under the Aircraft Maintenance department. As a DMS, you are responsible for the execution of both planned and unplanned maintenance according to procedures and legal regulations, in the shops, our hangar, and at Schiphol-East.
What will you do?
As a Duty Maintenance Supervisor, you will work within our Aircraft Maintenance teams. This includes day, evening, night, and weekend shifts (24/7). In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating, guiding, and supervising maintenance activities
- Efficiently and effectively returning aircraft to customers by deploying resources and people;
- Functionally leading your colleagues in aircraft maintenance;
- Setting the right priorities and making decisions together with the customers
- Ensuring compliance with safety rules, procedures, and EASA regulations for part 145
- Ensuring monitoring and proper documentation of project progress and fleet status.
When you start as a Duty Maintenance Supervisor at the RJC, we ask a few things from you:
- Completed MBO education;
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a (lead) Aircraft Maintenance Technician;
- Knowledge of EASA regulations;
- Proficiency in both English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
What can you expect from us?

- A basic monthly salary of €3,858 up to €4,978,
- Shift work allowance: approximately €950 gross per month (depending on the roster);
