The internship focuses on enhancing the innovation facility role of MRO lab, and creation of an effective innovation ecosystem.

As an Innovation Facilitation and Ecosystem Development Intern, you will contribute to building and enhancing a dynamic innovation laboratory where employees can collaborate, experiment, and bring their creative ideas to life. This role will involve researching best practices, developing effective strategies, and supporting the design of an adaptable ecosystem that encourages innovation and cross-functional teamwork.

You will be working at the MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Lab, part of the Improvement Team at KLM E&M, which is concerned with innovation, sustainability and other improvement projects within KLM E&M.

• HBO or WO student;
• 3rd or 4th year student;
• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Innovation Management, Engineering, Organizational Development, Marketing & Communication or a related field;

Skills• Creative and Strategic Thinking: Ability to approach challenges with an innovative mindset and strategic approach;• Project Management: Experience in managing or participating in multi-faceted projects is a plus;• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to engage with teams and document findings effectively;
