What will you do?The Sales Excellence Program is a development and change program for sales managers and their management that was implemented in 2019 at Air France KLM Cargo The aim of this program is to continuously improve the performance of our whole sales organization. To do so, we created a learning environment in which our sales professionals can grow professionally and learn to get the most out of their contacts with customers and colleagues. It is focused around three pillars: People, Processes and Tools.
As Project manager intern, your role will be to support the implementation and animation of the program, you will have a role in facilitating the further design and implementation of this change management program on several aspects:
- Further design the communication plan of the Program with Sales in particular through newsletter, streaming platform, webpage management.
- Develop and implement internal marketing strategies to ensure the visibility of the program
- Support users in the use of the tools (Sales DNA) and be the Admin of the Sales DNA tool
- Organize best practice sessions
- Report on usage of the Sales Excellence tools
- Provide support on all other projects related to the Sales Excellence Program
On top of the Sales Excellence program role, you will also support the internal communication to Sales – a biweekly newsletter, the Cargo Commercial Flash – helping to collect, consolidate content and write articles.
Where do you land?You will land in Schiphol Oost as part of the Cargo Commercial Strategy & Performance Management team, a small & mighty team of 6 people with diverse backgrounds and experiences. You will be mentored by a team member and benefit from regular coaching moments and opportunities to develop yourself.
Your profileWe are looking for someone with great written & verbal communication skills that is able to connect to and interact with different people across the globe. Prior experience in project management, specifically how to make change happen, is important. Enjoy working in- and contributing to a team, Languages spoken: English (minimal level C1), Dutch (minimal level B1). Max. travel Distance from Schiphol Oost 60 minutes. (bus stop in front of the building and free parking possibilities are within walking distance)
