What will you do?As an inventory analyst cargo, you are responsible for maximizing the contribution of a specific set of routes. You develop steering strategies for flights and ensure the correct settings when flights open for sale. You forecast demand and contribution per flight and optimize parameters such as overbooking levels and bucket settings. You work closely with colleagues from pricing and capacity control to monitor performance and make adjustments where needed.

- you prepare tactical steering for upcoming events and ensure proper execution;
- you monitor route performance and propose improvement actions;
- you participate in innovation projects and collaborate with different departments to improve processes;
- you prepare the monthly business review and follow up on action points.
Where do you land?You will work at Schiphol within the Cargo Revenue Management team. In this team, you collaborate with colleagues who focus daily on optimizing the performance of cargo flights. You work closely with the Area Revenue Manager and other teams such as pricing, capacity control, and business development. The working environment is dynamic and strongly focused on collaboration.
Your profileYou quickly identify opportunities and translate data into concrete actions. You switch smoothly between different tasks and maintain a clear overview, even when things move fast. You tackle problems directly and actively look for ways to improve processes and make them more efficient. You collaborate closely with colleagues and ensure that analyses lead to better decisions.
Further:
- you hold a master’s degree or have an equivalent level of working and thinking;
- you have experience with decision-support tools and data-driven reporting tools;
- you have knowledge of cargo processes and the aviation organization, or you are able to quickly build this knowledge;
- you are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
- you are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
