What will you do?As a Technical Architect, you are responsible for designing technical solutions for projects and products, ensuring compliance with architectural guidelines and policies. You work closely with other technical architects and the CIO Office to integrate innovation and new technologies. You document the technical architecture and ensure compliance throughout all project phases.

Key Result Areas
- Deliver all required IT architecture documentation for the projects you are involved in;
- Contribute to the preparation of architecture reviews;
- Document technical architecture designs and analyses;
- Check security compliance of projects and products;
- Ensure adherence to defined architecture standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Where do you land?You will join the End User Engineering department, part of Distributed Services within Information Services. Your base location is Schiphol-Rijk (AMS), an inspiring environment with flexible workspaces and multiple disciplines under one roof. You will be part of the AFKL Collaboration team, working with products such as Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other collaboration tooling. You collaborate closely with technical architects, IT specialists, service operational managers, project managers, and functional application managers across the Netherlands, France, and Romania.
Your profileYou are a Technical Architect who can quickly identify and resolve technical issues. You switch seamlessly between tasks and collaborate effectively with diverse teams. You think long-term, aim for sustainable solutions, and remain flexible in your approach. You ensure smooth implementation of new technologies and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additionally, you have:
- A university degree in computer science, system analysis, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of experience in IT architecture within a technically oriented IT environment;
- Experience with diverse technical configurations and technologies;
- Knowledge of modern IT technologies, processes, and methods;
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
