What will you be doing?
You will act as a senior HR advisor and lead the HR Partner team in the Netherlands. Your role combines strategic partnership with hands-on delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and business impact across all people-related activities in the country.
Your responsibilities
- Lead, engage and grown a team of HR Partners in the Netherlands
- Advise senior leaders on workforce planning, talent, and organizational effectiveness
- Oversee execution of key HR processes and local implementation of programs
- Act as escalation point for complex and senior employee matters
- Drive process improvements and local change initiatives to enhance HR service levels
- Collaborate with regional HR and functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic priorities
- Drive global projects in collaboration with the Global HRBP

- Proven leadership and team development experience
- Experience in managing complexity on the highest organizational level in global organizations and optimizing processes
- Excellent stakeholder management on global level (executive level is a plus) in a fast-changing environment

- Relevant experience with the different laws and legislation in the region

About the team
You will report to the Regional HR Team and lead the HR Partner team in the Netherlands. The team is focused on delivering seamless, integrated HR support that aligns with both global strategy and local needs.
What do we offer?
This position offers a competitive salary range of € 7.000 to € 8.500 per month (excluding 8% holiday allowance).
On top of your fixed salary you’ll receive the following secondary benefits:
